Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Temp Email mobile application (the "Service") operated by us.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

The Service allows you to generate temporary email addresses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the Service for:

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the emails will be delivered or received, nor do we guarantee the permanent storage of any data. The temporary emails are, by definition, ephemeral.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as weekly, monthly, or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Temp Email, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
